Hottest day and night of the season!
Low 90's today with overnight temps in the 70's is the making for a tough day at camp. The only thing that saved us (a little) is the fact that wind blew at 15-25 mph all day. But with no central air, it is tough to cool off up here. So (after swimming) we made it an inside day (in front of the fans)we played games and watched movies with the kids. Nothing wrong with quality time with the Fam. "When life give you lemons...make lemonade".
I will admit...it was hard to sit still for such a long stretch...I just don't do that here at camp.
FYI - the thermometer is in a shaded area on our porch...at 6 pm...wow!!
